Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To make a return, please contact us by email (contact@keepyournatural.com) sending us proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one week.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card issuing entity, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@keepyournatural.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace the product if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it, send us an email to contact@keepyournatural.com and we will get back to you with more information.

Shipping
To return a product, you must send it by post to the following address: Keep Your Natural, 18 Rue du Champ de l'Eglise, 1020 Laeken, Belgium.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
